Perfectly located just a short walk from the White House, this place made exploring so easy. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early after a long trip. My room, though a bit small, was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels every day. some amenities like the broken water station in the corridor reflected a bit of wear and tear. Still, with great access to dining and attractions, it was a comfortable base for my adventures. Just don’t expect breakfast on-site, but the café across the street is a solid alternative.

Impressive location, friendly staff. The easy check-in and access set a positive tone. Rooms were clean, cozy, and had a lovely view. The shower? Fantastic—ample water flow and warmth. A highlight? The espresso machine in the lounge; an energizing touch. a few hiccups existed. The AC struggled to cool effectively, which detracted from comfort, and the room felt small for the price. I encountered an issue with receiving a package, leaving me without my belongings. Disappointing service at checkout regarding heating leftovers also added to frustration. A balance of excellent hospitality and areas for improvement made for a mixed experience. There's potential greatness here; it just needs fine-tuning.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that I was just a short 5-minute walk from the iconic White House and surrounded by many other famous landmarks, including the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial, all easily accessible on foot for someone like me who loves discovering new cities; the staff was friendly and kept the hotel clean and comfortable with nice amenities like a mini gym and coffee machines available 24/7. The only downside was that I wished the room cleaning service was a bit more frequent, but that didn't detract from my overall wonderful experience exploring the vibrant area!

I appreciated the cold water dispenser in the hallway, a nice touch for refills. sand and impurities came from the faucet, requiring several minutes to flow clear, which wasted water. Noise level was acceptable, and the friendly staff made check-in and out simple. While I loved the amenities, the experience could benefit from improved attention to water quality and better room allocation.

My friends and I had a lit time at this hotel in DC! Free Wi-Fi everywhere, super chill workstations with free printing, and weekday snacks were clutch. Club Living Room access made us feel like ballers. Plus, we were hella close to the metro and White House!
Wish there was a lit rooftop bar for us young party animals to turn up after a day of sightseeing. That would've taken our vacay to the next level!

The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro station and close to cafes and 7-Eleven. the staff was always helpful, providing directions and managing airport taxis. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern design.

The room itself was cozy and spacious, which was a plus. I really appreciated having a coffee station in the room - it made mornings so much better! The bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was a little stiff. The heating worked well, but the air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and struggled to keep the room cool on warmer days. One thing that bothered me was the lack of free toiletries in the bathroom. It's a small detail, but it's something I've come to expect in a hotel. The lack of amenities like a mini fridge or a microwave was a bit disappointing as well. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They were quick to address any concerns we had, which was reassuring. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for winding down in the evenings, although we did have some issues with the remote control. Unfortunately, the room cleaning service was subpar. We had to request cleaning multiple times before it was done properly. It definitely put a damper on our overall experience.

My stay at this hotel in Washington was excellent. The location was perfect for a backpacking guest like me, as it was close to all the major attractions. the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. the location is fantastic - right next to the metro stop for the airport. plenty of nearby eateries. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and i loved the free water refill in the lounge.
Can't recommend highly enough.
